Bindi Enterprises is thrilled to announce the return of the annual Bindi Digital Arts Prize for 2026. Submit using the Entry Form below!
With $3,000 awarded to the winning work, $500 to a highly commended and $500 for the People’s Choice, this art prize celebrates digital art as a medium which is not only accessible to all, but a medium which redefines artistic boundaries, invites new creative forms of expression and reflects the contemporary society.
The Bindi Digital Art Prize is accessible and all-inclusive, and invites artists from across the country to share their talent with the Alice Springs / Mparntwe community.
Entries open May 22nd and close on August 21st. The winners will be announced at the annual Bindi Digital Art Prize Exhibition opening on Friday the 23rd of October.

Entry guidelines
- Entry Fee: $25 per artwork (maximum of 4 artworks per artist)
- Eligibility: Open to all artists living in Australia. Works must have been created within the past 12 months and not previously exhibited.
- Formats Accepted:
- Still Images: TIFF files only
- Moving Images: MP4 files only (GIFs must be converted to MP4)
- Size Limits:
- Still images: max A1 (59.4 cm x 84.1 cm), minimun 300dpi
- Moving images: max 10 minutes in length
SUBMISSION PROCESS
- Submissions must be received by 4:00 PM, Friday 21st September 2026. Late entries will not be accepted.
- Upload your artwork via the entry form OR:
- Share via Google Drive link to bindidigitalarts@gmail.com, OR
- Deliver/send on USB to:
Bindi Enterprises, 47 Elder Street, Alice Springs NT 0870 - Each submission must include:
- Artist name and title of artwork clearly labeled
- A brief description of how the work was created, including:
- Medium (e.g., digital drawing, photography, AI-assisted, etc.)
- Software or tools used
- Installation instructions (if applicable; we may not be able to accommodate all preferences)
- There will be two rounds of judging, 1st round will be done digitally and final round will be judges in the gallery with works exhibited
JUDGING PROCESS
- First Round: will select shortlisted artworks for exhibition.
- Selected artists will be notified via email.
- Bindi can arrange printing of still images at the artist’s expense. Cost will vary by size and paper type and artists will be invoiced.
- Alternatively artwork can be handed in already printed once first round judging has occurred.
- Artworks printed by Bindi will be on paper mounted directly to the wall.
- Moving images will be projected or displayed on iPad/screen.
- Second Round: A panel of art industry specialists will conduct Final judging after the exhibition has been installed. The winning artwork will be announced on Opening Night.
- If the winner cannot attend the opening, they will be notified on the day of the opening.
- After the exhibition closes, all unsold works will be returned to the artists at the expense of Bindi Enterprises. Alternatively, artists may collect their works in person from Bindi.
ACQUISITION AND AWARDS
- The winning work may be acquired by Bindi Enterprises.

- The People’s Choice Award of $500 will be announced one week after the exhibition ends.
